The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were fresh and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy parking and a nice pub nearby.
I wish there were more storage options in the rooms, as it would have been nice to have a place to put my belongings. Other than that, I had a fantastic weekend and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the beautiful Valleys of South Wales. the location is quiet and there is a railway station nearby with good connections to Cardiff and the surrounding areas. the receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing local knowledge and directions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the pub next door is also a great option for dining.
The shower pressure could be improved.

Stayed in a cheap hotel in this cozy small town and I loved it. the staff was really friendly and the rooms were tidy and spotless. Considering the location, it was really convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops. the restaurant was amazing, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. it was great to have a pub across the car park for a pint and dinner.
The only negative aspect was the lack of mobile signal in the hotel which made it hard to stay in touch with the outside world. the hotel only offered paid wifi which was not an optimal situation.
